REPORTS TO: PIC/ Site Engineer

JOB ACCOUNTABILITY

Ensures to execute quality workmanship of masonry works from structural to finishing in a timely

manner while following the standards set by the Quality Management System.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Interpret blueprints and diagrams in order to perform projects exactly as specified.
2. Mix substances or compounds needed for work activities (mix cement, sand, grout)
3. Ensures even and aligned construction forms or molds.
4. Ensures in hardening and sealing compounds to cure surface of concrete, and waterproof or restore surface.
5. Operate tools and equipment according to established safety procedures.
6. Ensures compliance to company health, safety and environmental standards.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATION

1. TESDA-certified (NC II)
2. At least two (2) years work experience specializing tile setting, masonry finishing works
3. Can read and interpret blueprints
4. with BOSH training
5. Strong sense of time management and self-improvement.
6. Able to perform productively while under pressure.
7. Self-motivated attitude and the ability to use initiatives.
8. Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks.
